Are you an experienced social worker with advanced therapeutic expertise and a passion for clinical leadership? Join Townsville HHS as our Clinical Leader – Therapeutic Interventions and play a pivotal role in shaping therapeutic practice, developing workforce capability, and delivering high-impact interventions for adults accessing community mental health services.
About the Role
In this senior position, you will provide advanced therapeutic interventions, lead capability development across multidisciplinary teams, and guide the integration of evidence‑based therapies across the Adult Community Care Team. You will work with a high level of autonomy, offering expert clinical advice, supporting complex casework and contributing to research, training and service innovation.
