I am an Accredited Social Worker and late-diagnosed AUDHDer who specialises in ADHD coaching and counselling.

As a Social Worker, I've had the privilege of working with many clients from varying walks of life. I have multiple years experience providing trauma-informed case management and therapeutic counselling and coaching.

Both my professional experiences and my own lived experience of neurodiversity has helped to shape my practice with my work being based in neuroaffirming, trauma informed, strength-based, and goal-oriented practices and modalities. I look forward to working with you.
