Grand Pacific Health (GPH) delivers quality, affordable, and culturally appropriate health care and support services in regional and remote communities across south-eastern NSW, the ACT, and Murrumbidgee including Goulburn. GPH leads in primary health care, community mental health, and suicide prevention. It focuses on youth, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, rural residents, and people experiencing disadvantage.
headspace Goulburn, operated by GPH, offers free youth health services for young people aged 12-25 as well as outreach services in Yass three days a week. The centre provides a collaborative, holistic model of care to support the health and wellbeing of young people, with a focus on mental health and to maximise care outcomes for young people.

Reporting to the Service Manager and Clinical Lead, this position provides early intervention mental health services across Yass and Goulburn. You will work collaboratively with young people aged 12 to 25 and foster a youth-friendly, socially and culturally inclusive experience.
