St John of God Subiaco Hospital is a world-class 578 bed private hospital offering the highest quality medical and surgical care in a warm and welcoming environment.
We currently have opportunities for experienced Senior Social Workers to our team. You will be responsible for the delivery of professional and effective social work services to patients, their families and carers, by offering a wide range of support, referral options and access to suitable community programs.
We currently have 1.2 FTE available, this can be offered as 1 FTE (38 hrs per week) and 0.2 FTE (7.6 hrs) on a Friday or as a 0.8/0.4 (30.4 hrs/15.2 hrs per week) FTE. Please detail your preference in your application.
