About the role
We have two newly created positions available to be based at our new Catholic Community Centre; a hub to provide holistic and family-centred support to our school communities of St Brigid’s Catholic College and St Brendan’s Catholic Primary in Lake Munmorah.
Family Support Caseworker - full time, 3 year contract APPLY HERE
This role will be crucial in leading the establishment and coordination of the new Community Centre alongside school leaders and the Centre team. You will be pivotal in providing outreach intervention and support to students and their families.
School Counsellor - full time, 3 year contract APPLY HERE
Provide counselling support and mental health assessments to primary and secondary students as part of the Centre team.
To be successful in either of these roles you will be an experienced Psychologist or Social Worker and registered with an appropriate professional association (i.e. APS or AASW).
In return, we offer a salary of up to $107,779 plus superannuation, salary packaging and a supportive and collaborative team environment. Teacher conditions apply which is inclusive of school holidays. Occasionally, duties will require a variation of hours. Own transport is essential and travelling costs will be reimbursed in accordance with the policies and procedures of Catholic Schools Broken Bay.
