Due to continued growth here at Benestar, we are currently seeking a brand-new Clinician to support our team across the Sydney Metropolitan area. This role can be based in any of the following offices; Sydney CBD, Parramatta, Penrith, Liverpool, Chatswood and North Ryde.

This role will see you providing employee well-being services and counselling in a face to face setting. Engage in a range of diverse and rewarding clinical work across the public and private sector where no day is the same. You will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment in an organisation where you can grow your long-term career. You will have the opportunity to work across other services we offer including digital counselling, critical incident work, onsite counselling and more. 

We would love to talk to you if:

  • You are a registered Psychologist or Social Worker with 5 years post-registration experience
  • You have demonstrated skills in short term counselling and psychological first aid
  • You have knowledge and experience in managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and anger issues
  • You have experience in face to face counselling and telephone counselling
  • You are a strong teammate and committed to support and work alongside experienced clinicians
  • You're seeking to make a meaningful contribution to the wellbeing of our clients
  • You have excellent time management and analytical skills and feel comfortable with technology including digital modalities
