At ASPL Group, we believe mental health care should be evidence-based, human-centred, and grounded in psychological safety.  Our Wellbeing Division — ASPL Psychology Services — supports individuals and organisations across Australia with accessible, high-quality psychological care delivered via telehealth. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are expanding our network of clinicians who are seeking flexible, meaningful clinical work within a collaborative and values-driven environment.

About the Work

Our practitioners support clients experiencing:

  • Workplace stress and burnout
  • Trauma and critical incidents
  • Grief and adjustment challenges
  • Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions
  • Psychosocial and organisational stressors

Our approach is trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, culturally responsive, and grounded in strong clinical governance.

We’re Particularly Interested in Connecting With Practitioners Who:

  • Bring cultural knowledge and lived experience that supports work with diverse communities, including LGBTQIA+, First Nations, and neurodivergent populations
  • Have experience working with frontline workers, regional and remote communities, or culturally diverse client groups
  • Speak languages in addition to English
  • Value flexible work while remaining connected to a supportive professional network
