Job Description

$155,000+ superannuation + salary sacrifice

Full-time - Fixed-term position

About the role:

Drive innovation and excellence in service delivery across AnglicareCQ's diverse portfolios. 

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join AnglicareCQ as an Executive Manager - Service Development, to be based in Rockhampton. This pivotal role will oversee service delivery teams and ensure contractural performance, compliance, continuous improvement and strategic growth through partnerships and innovation. 

What will a typical day look like? 

  • Lead and inspire service delivery portfolio managers to provide safe, inclusive, and culturally appropriate services.
  • Drive growth and sustainability by identifying funding opportunities, strategic partnerships, and sector innovations.
  • Ensure compliance and excellence in licensing, accreditation, risk management, and contractual obligations.
  • Champion continuous improvement and embed best practice across all programs.
  • Represent AnglicareCQ in networks, forums, and advocacy initiatives to strengthen community impact.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in social or behavioural sciences, social work or psychology (or related discipline).
  • A minimum 5 years of relevant managerial level experience within community services and housing sectors.

  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
  • Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
