The Team
The Children and Young Persons’ Program (CHYPP) provide specialist counselling and support to children, young people and their families who have experienced family violence. You will join a committed, multidisciplinary team working collaboratively across statewide services.
The Role
This leadership role coordinates and delivers specialist services to children and young people affected by family violence, while providing day‑to‑day leadership and supervision to a professional team, including Family Violence Counsellors.
The role would suit qualified Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists or Counsellors who has experience in leadership or senior clinical roles working with children and young people.
The Team Leader plays a key role in ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed practice, driving continuous quality improvement, and strengthening collaboration across teams and partner services.

Details of appointment:
Permanent part time, day worker position, working 60.8 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

Salary: $110,425 to $121,907 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
