  • Permanent/Continuing, part time appointment (14 hours per week/Tuesday and Wednesday, 7 hours per day)
  • Level 6/7: $92,681 - $114,764 (pro-rated) + 17% Superannuation
  • Can be based at our Wollongong or Liverpool Campus

About the Role

The School of Health and Society is seeking an experienced Social Work Field Education Supervisor to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of its field education program. This role supports Bachelor and Master of Social Work (Qualifying) students during placements through supervision, liaison tutoring, and assessment activities, while ensuring compliance with accreditation and legislative standards. It also involves working with non-social work trained field educators, developing supervision policies, and maintaining accurate records using business systems.

About You

Applicants must hold a Bachelor or Master’s in Social Work (Qualifying) and have at least five years of post-qualification experience. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills are essential, along with experience supervising students in workplace settings and delivering training both online and in person.
