The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) has an exciting and unique opportunity for you to be a part of moulding a new purpose-built facility, contributing to the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated evidenced-informed, rehabilitation and recovery-oriented service. As the only service of its kind in regional South Australia the new sub-acute rehabilitation unit is a multidisciplinary service, comprising of a range of clinical and non-clinical roles, including, Allied Health Professionals, Nursing, Aboriginal Health Practitioner, Peer and Support Workers.

Working in collaboration with the consumer, their family, and other team members, our work will create individualised rehabilitation plans with the goal of helping consumers recover and enhance their lives within the Mental Health Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Unit and wider community.
We are seeking applicants who are passionate about enhancing the lives of consumers with a compassionate and person-centred approach to their work. Applicants must hold the required qualification/s for the position (refer to above link for further details) and possess strong communication and organisational skills to thrive in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team.

We serve a population of over 67,000 people in the Limestone Coast, as well as residents from Western Victoria. We employ over 1400 people, with 1.2% identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and we are also supported by a team of approximately 600 hardworking volunteers.
