The Drug Court Program is a unique initiative that supervises the community-based rehabilitation of drug-dependent offenders. Once accepted, participants receive structured counselling, treatment, and case management—empowering them to rebuild their lives. All referrals are made through the court system, and your leadership will be instrumental in guiding this transformative process.
Where You'll Be Working
SWSLHD Drug Health Services operates across the South Western Sydney Local Health District, providing a comprehensive range of treatments and interventions for individuals, families, and carers affected by alcohol and other drug use.
The services include inpatient withdrawal at the 'Corella' unit in Fairfield, the Opioid Treatment Program, outpatient clinics, and specialised teams such as the Aboriginal Drug & Alcohol Team and the Youth Service. Recognised for their excellence, SWSLHD Drug Health Services has been a finalist in the NSW Health Excellence in Allied Health Awards, highlighting their commitment to high-quality care and innovation.
