We are now looking to appoint an experienced professional to a full time, temporary Grade 3 Social Work position. 

About You

You will be an experienced social worker with high level experience in the adult and subacute sector to join the team working at Casey Hospital. The position is temporary part-time, and primarily providing service in the Subacute setting.

You are a dynamic Allied Health professional who is passionate about making a positive contribution to the health of your patients.  Described as enthusiastic and motivated to perform at your best every day, you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

The purpose of the Team Leader position in Social Work is to provide leadership and supervision in a professional, high quality, patient and family focussed approach. You will be providing leadership and clinical care to support the team deliver Social Work services across a diverse subacute cohort of areas in addition to the Women’s and Children’s and Emergency Departments.

What you need:

An Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) accredited Bachelor Degree or entry level Master’s Degree of Social Work that provides eligibility for membership of the AASW.

All candidates require Australian working rights.
