The Children’s Therapeutic Team (CTT) comprises of a small number of ‘Early Intervention’ programs that reach across urban and remote areas currently; Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine and Tiwi Island. Programs deliver therapeutic interventions strongly focused on prevention, partnerships, collaboration and culturally appropriate methodology. Formats include individual, family and group work aimed at the needs of vulnerable children who have experienced trauma, and their families. The manager will be responsible for a small team and will ensure that the quality of the clinical services within the CTT is developed and maintained at a high standard to meet the changing needs of clients and funders as part of RANT’s commitment to quality client services.
We require applicants to have tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work or counselling. Experience is essential in the delivery of therapeutic work, the provision of clinical supervision and in middle level management.
