Position Title: Social Worker – Senior (Mental Health Hospital in the Home)
Location: Cairns
Remuneration: $64.64 - $69.55 per fortnight
Your opportunity:
Develop and maintain strategic links with community-based organisations to ensure appropriate and effective clinical handover and discharge planning processes are maintained.
Utilise knowledge and skills in the area of social work to contribute to evidence-based reviews, outcome measures and reporting of key performance indicators.
Provide education, direction and supervision for routine tasks to less experienced staff, students and support staff, with the support of senior clinical staff. Where appropriate, act as primary supervisor for student training.
