Position Title: Senior Mental Health Clinician
Location: Gatton, Lockyer Valley
Remuneration: $114,949 - $123,611 p/a // $4,406.00 - $4,738.00 p/f

About You
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based assessment and intervention for
adults, experiencing difficulties related to mental health problems, cognitive
impairment or developmental disorders
• Experience and understanding of case management in a human services field
• Experience in providing clinical supervision and mentorship
• Exposure to working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Understanding and application of theories, models and research related to
behavioural change techniques
• Knowledge of research and practice specific to effective correctional rehabilitation
• Well-developed written communication skills with the ability to provide high
quality professional reports and case notes
• Knowledge, interpretation and application of legislation, policies and procedures
• Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills for liaising with
management and staff at all levels, to gain commitments and negotiate service
delivery, priorities, deadlines, resources and other relevant issues;
• Ability to build and manage ongoing working relationships with a range of
stakeholders
